All content on this site, including texts, photographs, video sequences, trademarks, logos, and graphic elements, is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, representation, or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is forbidden and may constitute an infringement under articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Personal data

Here is how your data is handled on this site, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act.

• Contact form: the name, email, and message fields are sent to the site server and forwarded by email to contact@aescent.studio. No copy is retained in any database. An anti-bot check (hCaptcha) runs before submission to limit abuse; hCaptcha may process your IP address and certain technical data from your browser, in accordance with its own privacy policy.
• Access logs: our host OVH retains technical logs (IP address, date, request) for security and abuse prevention purposes, under its own terms.
• Vimeo player: the showreel and embedded sequences are delivered through Vimeo, which sets its own cookies and may transfer data to the United States. See "Cookies and trackers" below.

Your rights: right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability (articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR). To exercise these rights, write to contact@aescent.studio. If our response is unsatisfactory, a complaint may be lodged with the French data protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).

Audience measurement

The site uses Plausible Analytics to measure traffic in an anonymous and aggregated way. Plausible sets no cookie, does not store your IP address, does not follow your browsing across sites, and builds no individual profile. The only information collected is the page visited, the referring page, the device type, the browser, and the country derived from the IP address at request time; the IP address itself is immediately hashed and discarded.

Plausible is operated by Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia) and the data is processed on servers located in the European Union. In line with the French data protection authority's (CNIL) position on consent-exempt audience measurement tools, no cookie banner is required for this measurement. Cookies and trackers

The audience measurement described above does not use any cookie, and no first-party advertising tracker is set. Two third-party services set technical cookies: Vimeo, for delivering the showreel and video sequences, and hCaptcha, for the contact form's anti-bot check. Vimeo cookies are required for video playback and may include performance cookies. hCaptcha cookies are required for the verification widget to operate. A consent mechanism will soon gate these; in the meantime, you can block third-party cookies through your browser settings.
